I am speechless!!!!!!!
I dont care if I look stupid. Its made a major improvement in my stroke length. It now only takes me 16 strokes to get there when before I would be huffing and puffing with 20+ strokes per length. I can therefore get to the finish with a lot less strokes and expanded energy. It has also majorly improved my swimming! :)
