I'd seen other people take their kids out on the one man kayak so me and Adam gave it a go. I put it down to the massive waves that were hitting the shore but it took us ages to get in and get launched and both of us have the bruises to prove how difficult it was (or how incompetent we were). 'Luckily' Laura was on hand with camera to capture our embarassment.
