Pakiri Beach

We went out exploring and saw a sign for Pakiri Beach so we (well Jo) decided that we should take a look. The sign took us off the main road and onto smaller and smaller roads until eventually we were on a dirt track and climbing hills in first gear. Poor ol' car. It really went through it. Kids were not impressed either. They were tired and hungry and the road (in its loosest term) went on for ages. We eventually reached the beach. It was nice and all that but not really worth the effort getting there.
