Got loads to update but this is quick and easy and I'm tired (what's new!)
Adam won the Greerton Village School (GVS) Idol competition singing This love by Maroon 5. The video is him singing after he had won. Jo took it on our little digital camera so quality is cr@p but still glad we have it. He also won the Prose Reading Competition the day before which Jo saw and she said she was almost embarrassed that he won AGAIN! :)
You can see in the video that the whole school got behind him. Really proud of him .... and obviously hoping that he can turn professional very soon and keep us for the rest of our lives :)
You can't hear much of Adam singing cos the rest of the kids were so loud but worth having a look.

Pheddipidations WW Half is at a bit of an awkward time in relation to Rotorua, but I must say I'm tempted AND FIRST is telling me to run 13 mi that weekend. Hmm!
Presume you mean awkward for Auckland Marathon ... but if FIRST is telling you to run 13 mi that weekend then just do an extra 0.1 mi on your training run (go on you can do it) and you've done it! :) .... you don't have to enter an official race or go for a fast time (I won't/can't), just run 13.1 mi however, wherever. It'd be great to have another person from NZ doing it. The only ones are me and my family. Kids and Jo are doing 5K.
