Father's Day

Great day today. Twas Father's Day in NZ. I went out on my normal Sunday morning ride (breakthrough ride - Averaged 31.1km/hr over 45k) and when I got back it was all quiet. I called out 'Hello' but nothing. Walked into front room and then they all burst out from around the corner with balloons, cards and presents ... and a crown with a pink flower. It had the name Sir Runalot on the crown which hasn't been true lately cos of my calf BUT more than making up for that with bike riding.

Kids made breakfast and I posed with my Sir Runalot hat (and flower)

Demonstrating some of the new Tai Chi moves I learnt last week. Kids were not impressed.

Gave them some of my best moves but still not impressed.
