The bike leg. Had practiced transition so that it could be a slick as possible and shave seconds/minutes off my final time. Felt so sick though from the swim that I couldn't be ar$ed to rush and so had a sit down, took a drink and then got changed. Needed something to eat to settle my stomache and so thought I'd grab a banana at the first aid/drink station. No such luck. No food! Only water! Damn! Ride was hard cos not only was the wind was so strong it was also a crosswind for a majority of the course and so you didn't seem to get any advantage either way. I spose it evened out the speed though. It was 4 laps of 10K and by lap 3 other people were starting their run. I managed to pass them :)
