Triathlon Pictures

Mark (from work) was at the triathlon cheering me (and his friend's wife) on. He took these pictures. Love the one of my new bike!

The swim ... reckon these must be the team swimmers who started hour later than us.

Surely my watch must be wrong. Time was going way too fast at this point .... or I was going too slow. Stopped looking at my watch on the second lap cos it got too depressing!


This is the run with 1k to go. Not quite sure how I got round the Mount on that second lap but at this point the worst was over. Perfectly flat all the way along Pilot Bay to the finish. Still bugs me that if I had sped up just a little I might have beaten 7hrs. Will keep closer eye on the watch next year!
